Paradise for the family

Great location - on the beach, close to the shops, food and coffee. Fantastic facilities in room and on premises. Couldnt ask for more and it was perfect for all ages. Superb service - there was nothing we asked about that the team couldnt answer. They went over and above to make it a memorable stay. Better than a home away from home. This wasnt our first stay here and well happily be back again.

Disappointing but still love the location.

Love the location and facilities. Clean, neat and accessible.

No one at reception when we arrived. Waited for over 2 hours. Staff receptionist was not welcoming or apologetic. Cleaning staff were more helpful. Room was not what we had booked with ocean front view(on the back end). Swapped us to a room that required general maintenance- toilet roll holders useless, no where in shower to put toiletries, tap kept running in the basin, air con control hanging off the wall, lounge chairs were uncomfortable, broken and used to have more comfortable chairs to sit in, TV ordinary. Management did not contact us as requested. Having stayed here for over 20 years. This was extremely disappointing.

Perfect location but property could use some maintainence

Location was perfect with unhindered views of the beach and short walk to the main beach. Well equipped kitchen.

Locks in bathroom were broken. We stayed for 3 nights and were provided one small pack of toiletries. Considering it was Christmas no staff was available to ask. Could have been provided spare toiletries, detergents and dish washing.

Don't go in summer, the AC works only for 4 hours, then you have to wake up and switch it on again.

Location is good, night view is very nice.

We went in summer season, to our surprise, the AC would shut down every 4 hours. Imagine waking up sweating. It took us 2 hours to figure out how to switch on the AC. Even the receptionist couldn't switch it on, then she called a technician. There was rubbish on the floor when we entered the property, when I showed it to the receptionist, she totally ignored it. The receptionist had an attitude, which was not welcoming. I don't think she deserves to be there at the front desk.

We enjoyed our stay. Great value for money

It was a great location and fully equipped.

The rooms could do with a renovation. It was a bit 1970s but at least it was clean. For what we paid for, we were satisfied. Our fan didnt work in one of the rooms & was a little uncomfortable specially in the heat.

Superb

Location was amazing, property facilities were great too. Some small details are letting them down.

Location is excellent; right on Surfers Paradise beach. Lovely view.

Even though they were remedied quickly when we reported them, we arrived to 2 blocked drains, one on the bathroom sink and one in the shower. There was also no oven mitt, so used towels instead.

Organising holidays is always stressful but staying here was just so easy and the staff were magnificent

The staff were just so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble Communications were seamless including checkin and check out Wonderful location - fantastic facilities

Having to leave - it was simply beautiful
