Disappointing

The whole hotel is greedy in money wise. Even you pays but you don't take the appreciation of money. Food all curry and spicy - more than 12 kind of food in buffet spicy :/

The property had all types of rooms and amenities. There were shows that were organized every evening for guest entertainment which was quite good.

The water taxi from airport to the property is extremely mismanaged and honestly it is outrageously expensive. Here are few things that I am extremely unhappy about: 1. We had to wait for 2.5 hrs at the airport for the water taxi before we were transported to the property 2. The Sun Siyam staff at the airport were not helpful at all 3. The mandatory Sun Siyam water taxi is ridiculous because they are outrageously expensive. They charge $250-300 per person whereas you can get a taxi for $25 per person

It was not our first time in Olhuveli, but this stay was excellent. Excellent food, beautiful beaches, the villa over the water was beautiful, big, clean. The staff is very nice.

Majority of the served was cold, including the soups Next, just thought after staying in Hulumale for 3 days and seeing what kind of food we had, expected better food from this property in terms of taste Next, for check out they decide what time u should be out , found that ridiculous, as per booking.com it was 12 noon We had a person standing out from 10:30am When I said , hes like no its 11am the counter has told me , finally I showed him my booking but that didnt make any difference to him, if your visiting the property make sure u know ur checkout time Next, for water sports , I wouldnt like to take names but the representative was behaving as if , if we dont do water sports with them , we would miss out something in life Im sure there was a better way of communicating this, you can choose ur words better I mean

Superb

All good except check in apps should have been provided to guest well before to make a comfortable check in. At night once we had a power cut for 10 mins. Expensive transfer to and from, although I paid less than half by my own transfer.

Perfect relaxation

Amazing hospitality from the moment we stepped onto the island. Food was good and great options for 8 days (didnt get boring). The all-inclusive package was 100% worth it. Water villa was incredible and the access to ocean made the trip

Excellent place with lack of food taste

Location , service and overall experience

Transportation was not supportive . I was asking for a ride from local island also offered I can come on my own but they did not allow. Unfortunately they allowed few other people , i felt like disparity to me. Also good quality is not great , they had variety of food but the taste was awful for resort experience. I would say food taste 3/10

Nice villa but poor service

Loved the over water villas

Not organised at the Watersport Centre nor reception. Enough staff but booked slots and due to poor organisation. You will miss them. Plus reception staff on check out had no idea what the bill was until later that evening even though we were on an all inclusive. Plus when they did . They didnt charge me enough and had to sort the rest out on the jetty on the day of leaving the resort. Poor show
