Facilities were good

1. Food not great. 2. Lot of dust in restaurant Area. 3. No complimentary parking. Paying for a 5 star should have come with a parking. Can't expect to pay extra for everything when u have already spend a lot on rooms

I had been looking forward to this stay for a number of months.. but the room was a disappointment.

The staff , the hospitality, the restaurant were all excellent

the room we had (a Junior Suite - room 601) was tired and could use some serious loving to bring it up to a standard which equated to the room rate charged. for example the left hand door on the cabinet (under the TV in the lounge area) was off its hinges and only remained inplace because it was jammed into the gap.. all of the wardrobe doors were badly scratched by either finger nails of rings on fingers... either way the wood work was gouged by these scratches so it has been an on going problem for some time that has never been addressed. The furniture in the lounge was tired and looked like it had passed it use by date some years ago,,, if it was my hotel I would be closing this room off and putting it on the maintenance list.

Lost item never returned

The hotel was clean and the room was big

Unfortunately, I left behind a purse that had irreplaceable items in it and the staff, while friendly, were absolutely no help at all. They couldn't even find my booking for reference. I was passed around with very little guidance and my purse is still missing or stolen. I'm very disappointed and frustrated. Based off this experience, I do not rate the hotel

Overall it was a pleasant stay for the short time I was there.

A bit of confusion with counter staff and have been overcharged $70 when told the valet parking had it been charged when it had so need a $70 refund

Not going back.

Poor welcome. Dreadful room service - no one seemed to know what was on the menu. Food was over priced and descriptions inaccurate. Fire alarm went off for 30 mins at 4am with no acknowledgment/ follow up or explanation the next day. Housekeeping didnt come until past 5.30pm despite being out from 8am. Pool is tiny.
