Nice, clean, fresh, and updated rooms. I love how the decor looks throughout the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good customer service. Great amenities on property. Good selection of breakfast. I'll definitely be staying again.

The beds are a little lower to the floor and could have been higher up and a bit more comfortable. Also, the lighting could have been better if they had one in the main area where the beds are.

Clean Hotel, rooms nice Size. Great room location and oceanfront. Staff, other than front desk were really nice. Front desk staff on check in , not as friendly, but professional.

No written guidance or on Hotel TV Channel to tell how cleaning and services work. Had to call the front desk a lot to ask questions. Get more towels, coffee for room, etc. To be fair, maybe this is to be expected around Christmas. Also, parking less than convenient, especially for accessibility.

The young gentleman who preparing the breakfast was the best.

I had some questions about charges. And the lady took care of the situation right away. My husband and I love our stay.

We wasnt happy about the parking . But with a beautiful place like the hotel we understand why . You get our 100% rating overall.

This was one of the best hotels or the oceanfront if not the best super clean awesome view great staff

I do wish the bar stayed open a bit later however, the nearby restaurants sufficed

It was a nice dive

Location was great Rooms were nice just dark. Patio area was nice , fitness area was nice , breakfast dining area was nice but the food was something for a motel 6 it was trash.

Breakfast was horrible! Lightning in the room was awful The room was dark at night even if you didnt want it to be. The night shift staff didnt seem to be interested in the job. She didnt say much about parking and never mentioned that she gave me a parking pass and that it needed to be displayed in the window at all times.
