The Spice Hotel & Spa receives positive reviews for its great food, friendly and attentive staff, and excellent spa facilities. Guests appreciate the comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Superb choice .

Every service and facility as advertised was perfect. Maybe the some of the huge buffet food selection could have been a little warmer and maybe the dinner plates could have been warmer .I can think of no other possible improvements. My wife and I certainly intend to return.

Fantastic hotel staff exceptional very friendly always there for you the rooms were cleaned every day could not fault anything.. beautiful walks on the grounds very spacious had a wonderful time and cant wait to go back .. thank you spice

Good hotel for relaxing

The room was nice, I took the two-bedroom family suite, it was nice with spectacular views. However, there was a problem at the beginning when we checked in, they gave us a non-sea-view room, but my reservation says it should be a sea view room, so I called for the manager and he helped us and gave us what we reserved. Hopefully, we came in off-season period, otherwise we wouldn't have found availability. Otherwise, it was nice. The indoor pool was nice and warm.

There's not much activities in the hotel. Many things including the beach in the off-season period is closed.

The hotel location was very close to the airport staff was very friendly and helpful hotel was very clean the rooms are comfortable and was amazing.

Disappointing

We loved the restaurant and room staff who were always happy and friendly.

The only restaurant to eat in was the canteen and all of the food which was meant to be hot was cold. Even though the hotel was empty we still had to pay for a different room. This is not a 5 star all inclusive hotel. Inclusive is basic room, food and cheap wine anything else is extra and most of the amenities were closed.

We enjoyed the location, pool, slides and beach. It's a great location and the buffet was better than expected.

The beds were uncomfortable and the air con wasn't cold enough in the bedrooms. The rooms could have been cleaner. Parts of the hotel were closed during October half-term despite the website advising the ice cream and waffle bar would be operational. The indoor pool spa was also partly closed.

The air conditioners in the whole hotel do not turn on cold! You get sick from the heat in your room! In the evening you can't even open the balcony door to cool off, because the music outside is terribly loud! The speakers are facing the hotel and the music is abnormal until 23 :30h! We've been to so many hotels in Turkey, we've never been to a hotel where you get sick from the heat and you can't cool down and you can't sleep from the music! The rooms are warmer than outside! My father is hypertensive and all day we complained to guest relations and every time they lied to us that they would fix it! All hotel guests complained and raised scandals at the reception and NOTHING! There was no ice cream on the beach! The water in the pool was cold! The indoor pool was terrible cold! The food is not varied! The price does not correspond to what is offered at all! It says that it is renovated, but in fact the furniture has only been changed in the room and nothing else! The bathrooms are the same as years ago, old and neglected! We are two adults with one child in room and every day they left us only two towels! The shampoos too! In this hotel everything is saved from the air conditioner to the shampoos! This was the second time for us and the last!

Superb

Good and clean beach, room and territory, delicious meals, but restaurant was very crowded, sometimes we had to search for the table a bit long. Staff was very kind and responsive. Entertainment program was also not bad.

Transfer from the airport, that was proposed by the hotel, was too expensive and the van was too old and surely not correspond to the price. My suggestion for a guests is to manage transfer by themselves in advance. There is a lot of providers, that you can find in social media like instagram of FB.

Superb

Food in this resort is so delicious that you won't be hungry I enjoyed so did my kids. I liked the fact its always clean inside and outside. Friendly staffs made my trip very pleasant. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone especially to family with kids because there is plenty activities to do.

I didn't like some activities package price on site it was expensive compared to other places but then that's all down to individual where they want to do these water activities. Reducing price needs to be looked at.
