Best ever holiday and will go again for sure.

It was the best ever holiday I had in my life and would recommend this to anyone who has a family.

Everything was just great and on point, especially how clean the resort was and the staff were exceptional with high rank!

10/10 would return again. Maybe when the water in the pool is warmer!

The room could use a little bit of upgrade but otherwise, everything is just so beautiful. The character and architecture this resort has is just breathtaking taking. My walks to the restaurant and around the resort are the best.

Just a problem we had to open the wine bottle in the room. Asked 3 separate times for the wine opener but we didnt get it till we checked out. But the free flow alcohol around the resort made up for it. Just wish it was attended to

Amazing place for kids and adults with great variety of programs and delicious food

Children paradise, programs and animators are great for kids and adults too. The staff is exceptional, friendly and helpful in a pleasant and respectful way. Bedrettin, the barista is a star, a really nice person.

Please cut away using straws and plastic, single use cups- it s a waste and polluting our globe

terrible hotel, out of date rooms

The staff of Paloma Hotel was friendly and helpful, lovely housekeeping ladies, however the rooms do need renovation, the air in the rooms is not very good, it smells like mould, or damp or some old staff, the first minute we walked into our room we could feel the air was heavy to breathe, so we asked for another one, unfortunately everywhere same story. Kettles in the rooms are terrible, probably from 1980s, I tried to make tea but it smelt like plastic, plastic cups as well, they soak in 3 minutes, air con very old, well used shower - old and falling apart, sofa absolutely old, looks like it there from the museum, so not sure if their rooms match with their 5-star hotel.

the music outside is banging till 1am, and this is a family hotel, most came with young children. We couldnt fall asleep till 1am every single night, the music was way too loud as if this is a music festival, not much relaxation when you are tired and when you come from outside the air in the room is terrible so we didnt feel comfortable at all

Very close to beach, also the pools are close to each other that give us the ability to move from one to another, the pools activities are very joyful for the family and the nights shows. villa rooms are quite and the size is good for family, the food is good as there are many varieties available

Good for family vacation

All facilities were good. But some people take many seats in the swimming pools and leave others without. They can put their towels to take all places. This has to be managed by the hotel.

The food wasnt good as before. There werent any meal with beef.

Pools - a number of pools catering for all all ages including a large kids pool with slides Kids club - excellent facilities for ages 0-18 Beach - you can walk onto the beach from the property

Room - outdated and requires modernisation Restaurant reservations - impossible to make a reservation for the additional restaurants that require a reservation.
