Review 1: The Baia Lara hotel is lovely and close to the airport. The service is good, but the room and restaurant cleaning is inconsistent. The staff is helpful, the beach is clean, and the pool is (Read More)large. There are always free sun-beds by the pool. The hotel organized a birthday surprise for a guest's daughter. The room had some noise from nearby deliveries and hotel entertainment. Review 2: The service at the hotel is excellent, with friendly staff and a helpful cleaning lady. The buffet meals are great with plenty of choices. The hotel is safe and walkable with nearby activities. One complaint is that the bar staff were not friendly. Overall, the hotel exceeded expectations and the guest plans to return. Review 3: The Baia Lara hotel offers friendly and attentive service. The rooms are clean and the food has a wide variety of options. The swimming pools and beach facilities are good. There is some noise from outside music in the evenings. The guest plans to return to the hotel in the future.

main entrance security staff and 3 restaurant staff were smily and nice.

Is one of the typical hotels that do not intend to do much to keep you happy. You hear more NO than YES. Some of what I did think that needs improvement: 1- No iron in the room. Did ask for one and the answer was NO. 2- Wifi quality is disastrous, asked if there is any solution to it and the answer was NO. 3- Hotel was almost empty as I stayed in November. Thought I might have a chance for upgrade and the answer was NO. 4- Food was almost the same every day. Food quality below average. 5- Serving guests in restaurant by the personnel was very random. Sometimes you should be lucky to be attended. 6- Bellboy was welcoming with a big smile on his face when I arrived. Until of course he had the tip. Met him 5 minutes later and he gave me a fantastic poker face. Typical. And this does not give you a good feeling. 7- on the last day arrived late and 20 minutes before restaurant was closed, I was the only guest. Floor washing was in progress and chemical smell was not really pleasant when mixed with food tasted. All waiters had disappeared and no cutlery on any table. Courtesy of lady at the ice cream stand some one appeared to finally provide me with cutlery and offer me drink.

We liked this hotel a lot. Will be back for sure!

Very clean and beautiful hotel, good food and desserts, very-very nice and friendly staff (except reception staff) and very good service overall. Spaces are huge, so the hotel is not too crowded. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool and on the beach. Bazaars right next to the hotel, so no need to go to the city center.

Reception stuff could be more friendly and welcoming. Very loud music in the hotel next door until midnight. But who comes to sleep on vacation anyway :)) But you should consider it if you have a small children, because it may be a problem.

Comfy, good location, great facilities

If your a person of colour this probably isnt the best place for you if you want to feel comfortable. I only saw around 5 POC in the entire resort during my stay which made us stand out and you will feel this. People will be rude, stare at you whether your swimming, eating anything really! You will be treated differently for example we were asked countless times my staff and security if we were even guests in the resort when other people werent being asked. I had to ask for the room service menu 5 times and every time the staff would rudely dismiss me still never got the menu! I recommend more inclusive resorts on the same Lara Beach strip. We never experienced this in Limak Lara. Very odd for such a great secular country?

Everything was great. Special thanks to Mehmet Ozsoy and Seda nur boran from the SPA for their great cooperation, attitude and professionalism.

Superb

Overall great location, food, facilites. Need to work on the nightly entertainment not being so loud

All inclusive was truly exceptional! Food and drinks galore! We even received a gift basket with fruits and a bottle of wine from the hotel. There was many activities for our son to enjoy: kid's club, water park, pools, and beach. We will definitely return again.

The music at night is insanely loud! We were so confused by this as the people staying were mostly families or seniors. The loud music goes until 12:30am. It is impossible to sleep or keep my son asleep and if there was one reason we would consider another hotel, it would be this.
