Variety of food is stunishing, the quality of food and drinks is really good. It is all-inclusive with no questions asked and leaves no wishes behind! We also tried the Umma restaurant one evening and it was a great experience. The fish restaurant was ok, but didn't fully meet our expectations. It's worth trying the extra restaurants if you want a relaxed evening with not always someone running to the buffet and grab something. The service and the staff was excellent and always friendly. I enjoyed the sports activities - especially the archery class with a very good trainer and the yoga class. Also the clear focus on the needs of families with small kids is great at this place. My daughter enjoyed the kids restaurant and loved the kids toilets and all the special activities provided to entertain the little ones.

Prompt check in with brief tour of the hotel and an upgraded room room had a lovely location right next to lake club a small restaurant open most of the day unlimited food and drinks to villa visitors. Quite area so was able to get a good sleep. Room was equipped with almost everything you can need including shoe polish! Staff throughout the hotel very kind and lovely. Restaurant staff amazing very fast at cleaning table and offering drinks as soon as you sit down. Seperate area for kids with small tables and chairs and kids food including baby food even Aptimel milk for babies!!! Food varied from all over the world always something you can eat and all food freshly made. Offers late breakfast and late dinners if you miss out again that was awesome! Lovely kids club area indoor and outdoor with slides, toys and cinema open pretty much all day long always had a staff member supervising throughout who were always very kind and friendly and kept area spotless throughout . entertainment and activities throughout the day for kids and adults. Everything on all inclusive was inclusive I didnt need to spend on anything food and drinks and snacks and ice cream all day long cant complain at all! Hotel offers WhatsApp number which I was able to message anytime if I had any question I used that a few times and found it very helpful and I always received a response within minutes.No one harassed us for photos or trips was able to enjoy holiday in peace, felt safe throughout my stay. I can go on forever with all the positive things! Thank you so much for the outstanding experience.

Room - could do with an iron please most 5 star hotels offer this. Pools with it been November was cold for kids initially my daughter got unwell as a result however when I raised the concern hotel took prompt action and I noticed they were a better temperature soon after and hotel checked I was happier soon after really appreciated thank you. Would have been awesome if the private pool outside my villa was heated would have made use of it everyday but I really couldnt was too cold am sure in warmer days its fabulous! Food- could do with more Asian food the majority of the food was European or far east like sushi could do with some delicious south Asian food. Maybe am asking much but entertainment shows would have been nice every night or every other night. But not a must as hotel still fabulous without.

The sanitation/hygiene is the major issue for this resort. You can see that it is a historical issue for this venue dating way back in years (just see the reviews and you will see that many people reflected on that and experienced the problem). We had a horrible experience with our daughter getting sick (she vomited around 9 times) in couple of hours and had to be hospitalized, which ended up with additional EUR 2,000 fee from the hospital that we had to pay straight ahead, otherwise there was no admission. There were other 8 kids on the same day with similar symptoms queuing with us at the hotel for the doctor's observation and more on other days. The doctors at the hospital said that it was most likely because of the water in the pool. Of course we were very disappointed with our daughter suffering for around 3 days before she started to get better and 3 days of our holiday being completely ruined. But the Manager's response was the most customer unfriendly. First of all, he didn't even apologize, neither did they check on us when we were at the hospital because of their omission. The only thing he kept repeating to us that it was a "normal" holiday disease and situation in Turkey hotels (and it is not, as we never had such experience with other hotels, including in Antalya), and that they check the pools regularly (here he cheats, as they don't check them all at once, but rather one day they check one, the other time they check - it is another and so on. I think they have around 7, which means that it takes quite some time for the pools to be properly maintained from hygiene point of view, given the heat, and the amount of people using the pools there is quite some time for the infectious microorganisms to start multiplying enough to affect the customers. Similarly we got horribly smelly (vomiting strong smelly) pillows, which we asked to be replaced.
