Great location

Reception staff were amazing - very attentive . Only issue I had was the AC in the room did not work even though the technician was called over 3/4 times . Delik from the kitchen who always made the omelettes was always friendly. I found the service staff quite unfriendly and would only go to the Russian or Germans to ask for their drinks and we had to go to the bar to get ours . Belek centre is close by - a 15 mins walk from the hotel

Our stay was excellent we are all very well rested.

Near the city center, next to the beach, plenty of things that children could to. Very helpful staff, good food, clean.

We had a all in vacation. But to eat dinner you must make a reservation first. The thing is that if you start to do the reservation, then all places are booked. That was the downside.

Great location. Desserts- good selection Italian restaurant was nice.

Nice room. Attentive staff in most outlets, Check in was very basic, not much details given as for first time guests. Had various disturbances. First night houskeeping came into room while we were already sleeping 22:30. without knocking, came in with his card to drop fruitbowl. Some confusion when reception called us to bring credit card on our third day. When we went there no-one had a clue what we were talking about.. On our last night A note was left at door when we got back from dinner outside. It was already late. So a call came after 10pm to come to reception at that moment with our credit card. We passed the reception everyday, nothing was said then. The buffet food boring after 2 days. Cold station fair, hot stations boring and too starchy. Pool area and bar service at pool was good. We enoyed our stay in general. Thank you.
