Very nice and comfortable room. Kitchen facilities were good and it being a shared space was no issue at all. Hosts are super nice and helpful.

Driveway entrance is uneven and can very easily damage underneath the car on the way out.

Was initially a bit apprehensive about the shared facilities but honestly it turned out to be a plus more than anything. Our room was private, super clean, comfy big bed, and Josef was super accommodating and happily allowed early check in, the other guests were lovely when we did cross paths in the kitchen and had a drink together. Great value for money and will definitely be back.

Wonderful Hospitality

The owner was wonderful! Very kind and even brought fresh bread. The whole place was gorgeous and the kitchen was great too. Also one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on!

The spa itself was having some problems and took a couple days to prepare it, but was very nice that Josef fixed it for me

I wouldn't return on my own for safety/budget reasons, but I did enjoy my stay.

The view was absolutely stunning from my room and the common space. The kitchen space was lovely and the ensuite was really clean and dry. The bed was quite comfy and the supplied heating was generous.

I didn't expect there to be a common room when booking; there was other people staying on the same house floor with a flimsy lock between me and the rest of the guests. I didn't appreciate that the main door was always unlocked and I wasn't given a key in case someone had locked it. It's also called a SPA B&B. There was no breakfast or dinner served when it's advertised as such. I also couldn't work out how to ask about getting a Spa package there, nor was it mentioned.

Cosy and clean, a great base for exploring Queenstown surrounds

Our room and bathroom were very clean, and the large bed was very comfortable. Great view of the lake, and ample heating for Winter. The shared facilities are very spacious and cosy. We only stayed 2 nights, but this would be a great base for an extended stay or if travelling with a group/friends. Close to the Frankton shopping mall and walking distance to nearby eateries are a bonus if you have no car. Josef was very friendly and welcoming, with great suggestions for local activities. We would stay again

It is on a main road so would recommend ear plugs if you are not used to this like us (though we happened to stay on a music festival weekend, so was likely busier than usual traffic).

Perfect B&B in Queenstown

Perfect location at the Frankton NE end of the lake Beautiful view of the lake Convenient location to public transport and all amenities including shopping centres, cafe, gym, laundromat at Remarkables shopping centre 10 minute walk away. Nice walk, ride or job into Queenstown 9km along the foreshore Josef is very friendly and welcoming. Leaving you and the other guests to yourself unless required.
