Wonderful stay for peace and relaxation.

Very good

A very enjoyable stay, for a family or business trip.

The location is very convenient for the major sights, such as the Palace, shopping is also a 10-15 minute walk. The staff, especially in the Zest restaurant are very efficient, helpful & proactive. The breakfast buffet spread is very good, with a wide tasty variety. The dinner buffet is also very good, especially the Indian food. The rooms are comfortable & well appointed, for the type of hotel.

The food at the poolside restaurant was very disappointing, while the ambiance is awesome, the tandoori spread was well below average.

Staff service good .place was clean I was not informed of extracharge when i made online booking. The tea mugs were not clean. Had to use glasses for drinking tea. A/c was not working properly. Could not adjust temperature. I booked the room for 2 adults. Only one dental kit was provided. There is no exaust fan in the bath room.

A great place for relaxing hours in the middle of city-buzz

Great, very diversified breakfast buffet - I particularly enjoyed the traditional South-Indian breakfast options (fresh Dosas and and a variety of eggs are preapred on requests). The outside gardedn area is really lovely: the pool is fairly big and well-maintained and the palmtrees are amazing. Truly an oasis right in the middle of a buzzing city.

Rooms and equipment have seen better days, it all feels a bit dated. By European standards this wouldn't be a 5 star Hotel, but it's still totally worth the stay.

Very poor

Better maintenance and plumbing repairs can help make this a great place.

Location was good, food in restaurant was decent. Staff was courteous and helpful. Special shout out to maintenance for prompt response to complaints.

Plumbing in the room was deplorable. Foul smell in the bathroom emanating whenever faucets were opened, flush and shower with no water pressure. Management changed rooms promptly but the problem remained in the other room too. Most definitely overcharged for a poor room.
