It wasnt what I expected. It was rather bad than even fair.
The location
The hotels staff & management were rather rude and slow in responding and fixing my problem. The room theyve put me in before causing a problem was at the lowest and it was not fair comparing the price paid. It was not worth the amount paid. I expected way more from a 5 star hotel.

The location and staff are wonderful. Great experience and wonderful service. Good choice of restaurants and great options for breakfast. Spa services are amazing too.
