the staff are friendly and helpful.

suggested with tea factory tour on the day off of the tea making process, but we were still charged with the fee. The staff could have mentioned the fee will still be charged even if there is nothing going on in the factory.

Loved the hospitality and warmth of the entire staff.Lovely place to unwind and enjoy nature and the pure mountain air.

The access road to the estate.It really needs to be taken care of.

Overall good but not recommended for families with small kids and infants because of the access

The location was beautiful. It is well maintained and the staff is extremely cordial and helpful. The view from the rooms and the dining are is to die for!

We were a tad disappointed with the food as we didn't realise that the place was vegetarian. This information came to us at the last moment. The food was quite expensive too. Also, the access to the tea estate is via a difficult terrain and it was scary to drive through that.

Take a day trip to the Bunglow, its not worth if you have stayed in Elgin or Mayfair in Darjeeling.

the Bunglow external and garden was very good

The room didnt even had a closet, there was electrical fault in the room since evening. No staffs were even aware of the same. When we complained we were made to sit outside till midnight. The food was all vegetarian which was not mentioned in booking.com and more over it was grossly over priced they charge Rs. 800 per person for roti veg and dal. over all its a very poorly serviced place.

A day at Singtom tea estate and resort.

The ambience of the place was excellent. The staffs was very polite and extremely helpful and accomodating. The vintage colonial architecture and the location of the place makes it an excellent place for a good holiday.

I liked everything about the place. But for non vegetarians it can be slightly problematic since it is a purely vegetarian establishment. Also since the location is a bit remote, accessing good restaurants after evenings is a problem. But the vegetarian food choices are good though the number of dishes available are limited. Farm fresh foods are cooked in a very homely manner and the taste is excellent.

The view and the locale.

Food was overpriced, meagre and bland. The journey to and from Darjeeling is treacherous to say the least, roads are quite unfit for travel. Toiletries were minimal and never replaced in three days of stay. Overall felt cheaply treated even after paying steep price.
