    It was a beautiful hotel, very nice room, nicest weve ever stayed at.
    The bed was too soft so we had a hard time sleeping in, thought it was too expensive for a breakfast that wouldve been free at other hotels.

    We wouldnt stay again because of the room.
    It was a good location and the lobby was very new.
    The ceilings were very low in the room and the sliding doors didnt keep the bathroom sounds out of the bedroom, so there didnt seem to be any privacy or quiet while sleeping.

    Pool area was cold and tiles were missing above the pool. One tile was on the verge of falling directly above the swimming area.

    For the quality of hotel this is supposed to be, I was severely disappointed. Rooms were musty, showers rusted and molding, staff okay, indoor pool a disappointment. You could stay at a lower star hotel and get a better room and experience.

    Overall, the stay is great.
    I love the floor plan and the staff is very professional.
    Toilet was too small and the sink in room 327 drains very slowly. Breakfast is not complementary.

    We loved our rooms and would recommend this hotel to everyone!
    We loved everything about this property especially the pool. We had fun being able to swim in the middle of December.

    I didn't hear people walking through the hallway. It was nice and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Employees were friendly. I really liked the setup of the suite, the fact that you could close off the bed area.
    The toilet seat was very uncomfortable. The towels were rough.
