What a Disappointment

I location Is center

Everything is not good, the food is Expensive but it doesn't taste good , of the room is sad really even the trush not removed, the floor It's not vacuumed we told them its not clean and i have kids however didnt make any difference , front desk no customer service we been in a lot of hotels in different places they should ask basic questions about our stay or even smile 0 0 0 I will give them. Don't recommend to anyone or go back. Save your money there are much better places with great customer service.

I cannot wait to stay again.

The property was clean convenient and safe. The dining was excellent and the location is extremely walkable. Will absolutely stay again.

If I had to pick something, the elevator is a bit far from the room. Very tiny issue but that was the only thing that was not outstanding.

Location is fantastic, if you're attending any venue in downtown Columbus it's only a short walk. Staff was extremely friendly and pool was very nice.

it was a main street corner room on this visit it was load outside all thru the nite will not pick

excellent

heater would not stay set but maint.. took care of it. and room was corner stay, i wanted to try it but it was load all times of the night, will not do that again..
