Beautiful hotel with excellent food and service.

It was our 55th anniversary and we were upgraded to a beautiful king suite, rose petals on bed, complimentary bottle of Prosecco and breakfast.

The king bed was so close to wall, it was difficult to get out of bed (and no nightstand). Lighting was a little harsh.

Wonderful stay! If we are ever in the area, will definitely stay again.

Able to check in early, which was wonderful. Very clean. Room was beautiful. Breakfast at The Keep was a bit pricey, but excellent taste. Valet parking was easy and the staff was wonderful.

If breakfast is going to be included in a more expensive nightly rate, then there should be no additional fees. Included means included.

Had better stays at a 2 star hotel for half the price.

Nicely located and friendly staff.

Thermostat wouldnt go below 70 degrees even if turned down to 67. Room was way too hot to sleep comfortably. There was a large crack under the door, about an inch and a half, that let in light from the hallway. So I ended up watching tv late into the night. Woke up to my neighbors alarm at 630, meaning I probably kept them awake with my TV the night before. Overall the staff was great, but the hotel was far from desirable.
