Great location

Was told washer dryer on ea floor, no only on se ond floor washed my clothes to find the dryer was broken. Had to take my wet clothes to laundry mat which kicked me out(they closed)before dry thus had e erything hanging in room where I could. Bathroom fan did not work, tub would not drain while showering so standing in 4 in water. Heater did not work, blew cold air! The mattres needs replacing, i sunk to the middle to an apprant "dip".Please !! Get rid of Newman's coffee pods, they are aweful. doors to room close " hard" starting at 6am every door on our floor woke me by them slamming shut.

Horrible - unable to sleep

Starting at 3 am a odd noise woke us up that came from beside the bed under the carpeting by a lot of wires. I videotaped it because it was like a video game playing. It would last for 5 to 10 minutes. Stop for close to 5 and start again NON STOP. Needless to say it was impossible to sleep so finally we just checked out and came home with 2 hours of sleep. The woman at the front desk said to send her the video which she heard. I played it for her and then said to contact Booking as I prepaid through them. I am tired and really unhappy.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and the bed too. No complaints about the hotel itself or the friendly staff. We chose this hotel because we were passing through and just wanted dinner and a drink at the hotel. Thank goodness we had a car, because no restaurants were nearby.

They advertised a bar and restaurant, but we were told that the bartender hadn't shown up and the chef hadn't shown up. No food or beverages on a Sunday night. Luckily we had a car and drove to Bonefish grill for a great dinner. No breakfast either. We went to a great place ,---- First Watch. Hotel located in a commercial office park, so there was nothing around (i.e. restaurants) but again it was a Sunday night. One man, who didn't have a car was trying to have an order of food brought in --- he didn't appear to be successful, or else his wait was long and we left before his dinner order was brought to the hotel.
