Great staff and service but roomsshowing their age.

Staff was exceptional. Everyone was very nice, polite, and helpful

Property is showing its age. Mattresses are too soft. Bathrooms are too small. Bathtub too high off of floor. Shower too small. No streaming services on the TV. Vending kiosk was nice but $4 for a 20 ounce Coke was over the top.

This was a little getaway for my birthday. Overall, was not the best.

The location was great.

My first room did not have working hot water. After an engineer didnt show up, we were able to switch rooms around 8:30 pm. Once o In the new room, the toilet leaked water, and the air did not work. It was overly hot in the room the entire night.

What a great stay I had!

The night I stayed there, it was a vibrant night with kids all over the lobby area playing and having fun (a convention of some sort). It made it feel more like a home than a hotel. The room was very clean and cozy with the temperature set just right (to me). The bed was divine and was more like a cloud than a mattress. The desk had ample room to do some late night work to finish up my week before the holiday seasons kicked off. The view was nice as well. You could see the glow of the city all around (from the 7th floor). Ill probably book this place again on my trip through just before Christmas. They had a Keurig with teas and coffees for me to consume! This pleased me so I went back to my car and got my travel mug and a couple of kpods I keep laying around for emergencies..(I probably need an intervention)

I dont feel there are enough real outlets near the desk area (there is one on the base of the lamp), which meant I had to only use my laptop and couldnt use my travel monitor or iPad (I know I know first world problems). Also the shower curtain didnt really fit well and the show itself had a nozzle that was a bit off so it shot a stream of water all over myself and the show floor.. was so unimpressed with this after how nice everything else was, but I forgot to mention it when I left because I hadnt had my 30th cup of coffee.. maybe theyll see this and fix it.

Ok but not worth the amount paid.

Too expensive for what it was. Older hotel was nice but room wasnt large, bathroom was small, no microwave in room, no free breakfast. Im no a Hilton honors member but that didnt get me anywhere

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Will stay again.

The area is close to the mall and within a short distance to many local food and entertainment options.

Our room was situated in front of the lights for the Hilton sign in facing the front of the hotel. While the room was clean and comfortable, you absolutely had to draw the curtains so that you werent blinded by the lights.
