    The restaurants and bars timing and menu are a bit limited. Closing at 11pm-12am, and the same food and beverage menu in all their establishments, except a different good food menu at the Asado steakhouse. But the steakhouse timing is only from 7 to 11 pm.

    Breakfast was poor. All the cakes and pastries were stale The outdoor pool was closed all afternoon on the day of our stay for planned New Year party. We were not made aware of this loss of amenity at time of booking There was loud music until 1am for the New Year party so we were unable to sleep

    Staff are helpful. They accommodated the date change request, and they moved my room after my complaint
    Poorly maintained facility. Some floors are smell of dust, and the room that I was allocated initially had leaky bidets. It doesn't have any views, and the location is not great.

    The hotel has good facilities, with 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), 2 jacuzzi, sauna and a spacious gym. The food has also good quality.
    There is a major problem since the exterior pool is the only outdoor space avaliable in the hotel. And the pool has not enough space to receive the number of children that the hotel accepts. The hotel management did not understand that 15, 20 or even more kids can not fit in the pool. In the afternoon, it looks more a kindergarten than a hotel... The same problem happens during the meals, where you can always collide with the many kids that are running through the restaurant (many of them with a poor behaviour, not controlled by their parents). Therefore we can not recommend this hotel if you intend to enjoy the facilities and get some rest. On the other hand, if your idea of holidays is to be surrounded by dozens of kids looking like if you were in a school, this is the right place for you.

    I would never visit or recommend anyone
    This hotel cant be rated 5 star, maximum possible rating is a 3 star, I have booked with lounge access, there isnt anything in the lounge, just a normal coffee machine and a few cookies. The hotel design or interiors is too old The dinner buffet is not at all worthy, there is hardly any varieties.

    Memorable Family Trip
    Very well behaved and cooperative staff. Beautiful hotel and facilities. Salsa night was good. Thanks for the complimentary bday cake.
    No sporting facilities, could have helped as was traveling with small children. Spa was overpriced.
