1. Price Vs Quality, we paid roughly 1k usd per night per room, it is definitely too much for what you get there even during christmas and New year. We also had to pay extra as there was a mess up between booking com and the hotel. Plus, we got two rooms on the ground floor in the 3-floor building.
2. It is not a 5 star hotel, the service , the facilities - not 5 star.
3. Food was really bad - lack of choice (fruits quality poor and no more than 3 types, no fries at all, salads - horrible), quality of the food was poor. Nothing to eat for kids,
4. No extracurricular activities / entertainment - no diving equipment, no surfing, no kayaking - nothing that hotel provides, even when you pay 1000k usd per night!!! They have tennis court - but the raquets and balls are in so poor condition, you cant really play with that.
5. Mosquitos - they are killers there, at checkin the reception said only sprays are available - they were useless. Only after we complained - we got electric anti mosquito stuff.
6. BEACH is public , hotel does not have a private beach. It was a mess with lots of random people.
7. Towels system - it is just bizarre, you get the card , with the card you get 2 towels. Towels must be then returned in order to get card back. Without a card or your towels you cant get fresh beach towels. Also the guy at the counter for towels is constantly away - really annoying.
8. Sewage smell at night in the room, especially feels after heavy rain.
