Hotel Saint Cecilia is a great boutique hotel in the SoCo neighborhood of Austin. The hotel grounds and pool are gorgeous, and the rooms are nicely appointed. The staff is hospitable and accommodatin (Read More)g. The only downside was a non-functioning fridge, but the staff allowed storage in the bar fridge. The location is perfect, with free on-street parking and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Overall, it provides a four-star hotel experience with some minor improvements needed.

Everything! The staff were amazing. The Hotel had a great 'energy'. Very relaxed. Very quirky and cool. And loved the candle and matches that they left in my room every evening. Lovely touches!

A Peaceful Oasis in Austins Best Location

Perfect location just enough off of South Congress to feel like a peaceful oasis. Great staff, fun and comfortable room, and really lovely grounds. Cant wait to return.

Expectations lead to resentments

The facilities are nice. No doubt.

Being called 17 times in one day to pay a $50 minibar tab. While being clear I was waiting for a new debit card bc mine was frozen bc of suspected fraud, I was crystal clear it would be paid. My experience started w $186 paid room at sister property that was cancelled without anyone alerting me. Walked next door and paid $400 or $500 for room. No apologies just a cocksure arrogance to wade through. It wasnt the waste of money, it was bumptious lackey calls for no reason that has Four Seasons on speed dial. Pound sand Fancy.

Wonderful

Claudia provided excellent customer service. I loved how we could borrow vinyl records for the room. Our studio had a great view of the city and we enjoyed drinks on our patio and a delicious breakfast.
