I want to say that the landscape and climate in this area are lovely for vacation. Great place to relax and meditate!!! We received a wonderful welcome with welcome drinks and enthusiastic staff who guided us through everything. The strength of this hotel is its private space and closeness to nature. The room is very cozy; however, there is no air conditioning due to the climate and the hotel's green standards. There are many services to use, such as spa tours outside of town, and if anyone loves adventure, there are many suitable options. Inside the room and outside the hotel, there are many beautiful and romantic photo corners to watch the sunset.

However, some points are still disappointing, mainly in the culinary department. First, the dinner service for a couple priced at nearly 1.9 million IDR is too sketchy and boring. I mean about the food. The food is average to hotel standards, with three dishes: soup, chicken and dessert. The chicken is not even cooked and is too dry. I had to return the raw chicken, and the restaurant cooked it and then brought it back as if nothing had happenedan unprofessional response from the service person. In addition, the way the staff dragged the guests' luggage in from outside damaged our luggage. Even then, I wished I could lift it and bring it in. Overall, the room service and experience are pretty good, but the food and services should be considered carefully.

The location is very nice, beautiful views, peaceful and calm

Personally I think the resort is too expensive for what you get. For the price I would except high standard in service and that I missed - there is no airconditioning, I understand the eco concept but the location is not that high up in the mountain and therefore especially during day time still very hot - in front of our room there is a small local house that burns leafs and other items and the smoke is going around the property - there are so many flies, I understand that the resort is not responsible for this, but it is very annoying when you eat, better make sure there are more fans in the restaurant so the flies do not like to hang around - when we left, no one thanked us , the receptionist stayed behind her computer and that was it, strange - when you order room service , no one comes and pick up your empty plates or cups for hours (they only picked it up the next day or we brought it to the restaurant ourselves) Overall the place is nice but I just didnt get that wow feeling that should have been there for the amount per night they are asking
