I recommend it

The room is very big, looks good, and has everything we need. The bathroom is great. Breakfast was great, pool top, place was perfect. Everything works, and the staff was super nice.

Sorry, but I have to say it, the room and bathroom were clean, but superficially, it looked like they cleaned it with a wet rag just on the top. So, both needed a deep cleaning and maybe a little renovation.

Very good

Location, swiming pool and big rooms. It was clean. I recomend this hotel. Its located in center but it was quiet.

Night time was some animals on the roof so it was noisy, allso wi-fi was not so well all the time.

Superb

Good location, near lots of restaurants with good prices. Bike hire is very affordable from the hotel. Hotel has a gym which is super handy, just need to fix the air con in it.

The room is clean and has everything that we need. The location is near to the maid beach, walking around 10 minutes is really convenient. The pool is clean.

Disappointing

I didnt felt comfortable here. Old and dirty interior. Dark room.

The bed is big and comfortable. Some of the staff were friendly. A/C is working well.

Many hairs in the room from other guests. The room is dark. Door lock was not working well. Difficult to put the key in and out. Bathroom was without window, not clean and smelling because of bad air circulation. Wardrobe was broken and smells bad.

Very good

A very comfortable stay, got to rest better as the bed and pillows are very comfortable.

The staff went out of his way to give us a room upgrade from superior to deluxe room for free when there was an electrical outage in one of the buildings, which we appreciated a lot at that time since we were feeling very exhausted from our long trip from Phuket to Samui and needed to nap as soon as possible.
