The bar staff is amazing I know hotel getting remodel so I will let them slide but if it wasn't for the front desk and Brandon and James I would never come back.

Location and familiarity

First room was dusty and just felt super dated. They are renovating so it was loud. Room I booked for wasnt the room we were assigned at first but they moved us without any trouble.

Maybe it was once a nice hotel and maybe will be again once renovations are completed.

Main floor area was nice. Staff was nice at check in and at restaurant/bar. Food was surprisingly good. Room was clean.

Noticeable difference once off the elevator. Renovations ongoing. Several damaged items in the room. Door was off the dresser. Grill on the HVAC unit broken. Lamp worked by damaged shade. Clock didn't work.

Extremely let down.

The lady who checked us in was extremely sweet

My sister in law had to stay in this hotel while I was with my husband. He had a hip replacement. On the morning of his surgery my sister in law called and told me that she was woken up at 7 am by loud noises from work being done on the hotel and the coffee machine was broken. She went down and talked to the staff about both issues, the person wasn't very nice about her complaints. The resolution for the coffee pot was they told her to go buy some or they would give her some. Well first of all, that's TERRIBLE customer service. A replacement coffee pot Should have been given. The customer is ALWAYS right. The answer to the loud noises from work being done on the hotel was.... That's the hours they work. My thing about this is.... The hotel should not allow work like this so early in the morning. People are trying to sleep. Talk with the company and see if they could start a little later. It just seems like they really could care less about her issues. The food was also extremely overpriced. Yes, the food was good, but still the price she paid for her and her son, I could have went and bought a few meals for 2-3 days. I definitely won't stay here again. The uncaring staff really really was the deciding factor.

First impression of the hotel was they are sneaky in charging for parking when it said included

The location isnt far from the airport or to downtown broadway street. The Hotel Bartender made the stay better. Maybe once the remodeling is finished and the update to amenities are updated on their website it has the potential to be a better place.

The Hotel is under construction and upon arriving I was notified there is no extra amenities like parking. So I was charged an extra $45 at check in ($15 a night) to park my car and it wasnt on their website that said parking, WiFi, etc were included. Once this happens my initial impression of any place is they are trying to be sneaky and underhanded. . The breakfast that you pay for you would probably be happier going to a Local breakfast restaurant. Ive had better complimentary breakfasts at other hotels. Once I checked in and went to my room I noticed a lady bug in the room at first I thought it was cute, how did a lady bug get up to the 10th floor. But I shortly realized after seeing 8-10 others that it seemed like a breeding ground on the walls of the hotel. And they were somehow getting in the room from the AC or around the AC. Id rather take the free parking over the free lady bugs when it comes to amenities. There were hundreds of lady bugs on the outside wall 10 floors up. I heard other guests saying the same thing in the elevator. I would say elevators but one was out of service.

Hotel was very loud they were doing renovations on the property early in the mornings I didnt get any good sleep during my vacation and they didnt do anything to compensate me for my stay.
