Very poor

I don't recommend.

Breakfast was lackluster. Not a lot of choices. We went at 8 and everything was gone, nothing being refilled.

The shower had a half used bar of soap and someone's pile of hair in it when we got there. The screen on our window had been broken into and the window itself wouldn't lock. There was no plate in the microwave, so we couldn't even really use it. The person at the desk when we checked in made us uncomfortable talking about the WiFi not being secure so don't watch anything kinky or he would be watching us watch it. When we informed the next person at the desk they offered no refund or any compensation for our troubles.

Hotel with character - loved it!

Located very close to Nashville airport and the Opry Mills shopping outlet. The rooms have a retro look to it, which we absolutely loved. There's a nice Irish Pub next door which looked fun. Good sized rooms (massive bathroom) with decent wifi. Continental breakfast was provided with high quality items and with plenty of variety. I'll be happy to stay here again.

Overall no issues here and reasonably priced.

Location was ok. Breakfast was typical of this kind of hotel at this price. Parked right in front of our door. Bed was comfortable.

The room was dark with just the bed lamp. Didnt realize until we were leaving there were little lights you could turn on manually in the kitchen area. I think the floor was clean but it had something black on it that made it look dirty. It looked like the pictures online but felt unfinished with some metal piping along the ceiling not in the pictures. Our exterior door was a bit beat up so wondered if it would close adequately but it did.

overcharged and spoke with many people who just directed me to other people. customer service opened a case for a refund and emailed that I would here back in a week, its been months and no response. now no one will respond to my emails

The room they first put me in room 121 had no place to hang my clothing it had electrical wiring hanging from the wall the hand towel by the sink the holder was ripped from the wall the coat rack entry at the door was tore out of the wall it was just an inundated room. The next night they moved us to another room which was more satisfactory it was mostly together and it was clean.
