Review 1: The room was cozy and comfortable, and the indoor swimming pool was nice. The breakfast bar was pricey, so we didn't try it. The atmosphere with music displays was fun, and the bar was invi (Read More)ting. Overall, a recommended stay. Review 2: Fantastic hotel with superb service from the staff, specifically a server named Nouk who exceeded expectations. Clean rooms and a nicer hotel than expected. Review 3: The check-in desk staff member, Miss Stephanie, was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to resolve a booking issue. Prompt maintenance service for a shower issue. Good breakfast, albeit pricey. Well-cleaned and maintained hotel. Miss Stephanie deserves a promotion. Highly recommended.

Superb

The front desk was very nice and helpful.. the night time bartender was exceptional! Felt like I had known her for a long time. She was very sweet and amazing at her job. Can't recall her name but she was working Friday and Saturday night.

Construction going on.. and hard to find a working ice machine. And people next door were very loud on Friday night! And Saturday morning at 5am!!

We only had one night to stay, but we enjoyed the location, the reasonable pricing of the room, comfortable room we had!

I loved the location of the property.

Just that we didn't stay long enough. The hotel was great!

The room that was shown on the website was not the room that I got. The hotel staff was not helpful with situations and didnt offer assistance to helping resolve the issue

Good location.

Nice location. Close to shopping and airport. Clean.

No free WiFi unless you give them all your information to sign up to be an honors member. The whole reason booked here was because my 4 year old wanted to swim in the indoor pool. Went to pool and it was closed off without any signs. Asked an employee and they said it was closed due to renovations. I feel like that should have been noted on the website. Also will get charged for parking.
