Loved it loved it ! I will stay again

I was there in June for a reunion and loved the facilities the room design , very spacious, conveniently located to everything

I did not like that every time I parked or left the parking lot , my key would not scan. I had to call for help and wait for the gate to open. The last time I was there , no issues

Beautiful room

At check in the machine didnt bring up the signature so she ran it again. Assured me it wouldnt charge me twice. It did. Im on a tight budget. It really sucks that it made my account go In the red for $386. I needed the little extra money I had in that account for food. Lady at the front desk that checked me in told me it was no big deal that my bank just had to release it but that takes five business days when youre on a budget and you need the money for food. This is insane I kinda had to starve a little bit. They should have something in place to let me sign on a form instead of taking those kinds of chances

Paid too much for the value received. Will not be staying there agai.

Nice foyer, ballroom and meeting rooms

The refrigerator in the room was old and moldy and falling apart. No microwave available in room. Could not turn off fan in bathroom. The full scale restaurant was not available for a group of 600. It needs a total remodel.
