Amazing location with comfortable and breezy rooms!

The location is amazing and the room is comfortable with a balcony. The room was facing the road. The location is a residential area and is really close to the central locations. They didnt have a guard in the house which felt concerning at first but later realize the area itself is safe and secure.

The kitchen was small and far away from the room which is okay but the laundry room was in the ground floor and the house doesnt have a lift yet (under construction) so it was hard to get the laundry up and down (heavy carrying). But once the lift is done it will be really good for the customers. Also, I had to extend my stay for a day and booked the room in the same property but had to pay 100rs extra (reason: due to the room). But overall, I recommend staying here.

Perfect stay in Indiranagar

Very peaceful and cosy stay, close to Indiranagar, room was hygienic and well maintained, the balcony and Terrace stole the show, they have made the place very beautiful with plants and Rajkumar sir was extremely welcoming, warm and made sure everything about our stay was comfortable.

Worst stay and very very very bad experience.

I didnt like anything here. I prefer solo travelers not to prefer this place at all.

Property owner Mr. Rajkumar is very unprofessional and restricts for everything and give instructions a lot. If we are coming late also problem. Even to close the room door he gives instructions how to close and how to open it like nonsense person. Too much of messages we will get from him. Early morning messages like when you came to room when you will go out to work and etc etc.

Lovely place to stay at reasonable rates.

Lovely place to stay at reasonable price. Other hotels charge Rs. 3000 - 5000 for similar rooms. Centrally located in Bangalore. Run by nice & helpful family. They struggle a lot & try to earn honestly. Freedom to choose our food from nearby food joints. Neat & clean place. Very good fresh air, sunlight & lot of greenary all around. Brand new buildings. Owners don't allow unmarried couples to support very good society.

One of the best stay of my life! Amazing location, beautiful and clean room with great view and so much light. best coffee shop in the corner: Chic Coffee. Owners of the property are just amazing: Raj and Vinaya are my friends now absolutely recommend!

Not worthy waste of money

New building

There is no parking facility, locality is residential area and way to the property is very narrow and is only posible with two wheeler to reach the location. Booking.com staff should stay for night and recomend for others.
