Pleasant

Cant compare this Kempinski hotel with others. I went in other countries.

1- The staff was incredibly friendly. 2- Although our room near the pool was quite noisy, the staff was exceptionally accommodating and upgraded us to a suite. 3- The breakfast was delightful.

1- The hotel furniture appears outdated, significantly aged, and requires replacement. 2- The sound isolation in rooms facing the pool is poor; you can hear everything, making it challenging to sleep. 3- The check-in desk was chaotic and quite small, resulting in a prolonged check-in process. 4- Unfortunately, some items for my child were left in the room and did not get returned.

Pleasant stay !

Very cheerful staff delivering the service with emotion , rich breakfast, loved the decoration of the Lobby with its beautiful Renaissance paintings .

Unfortunately our room was next to a fan generator so it was bit noisy ..
