Everything at the hotel is actually nice, however, the hotel itself is quite old. So, all the facilities is very dated.

I have said it all in the likes and dislikes (there are no dislikes about our stay). Excellent!

Staff very helpful, friendly. They have always been a pleasure to engage with on all visits made to this hotel. Breakfast is excellent, you have a choice of continental and/or a hot breakfast. Beds were incredibly comfortable; ideal for someone like myself that suffers with back issues. Facilities are good. A couple of rooms we have stayed in are a little outdated (not in terms of they are appalling in any way what so ever) but this only makes the experience of staying here that little bit more special what with the building being quite old. My only words for describing our stays is "Faultless". We will continue to return to this Hotel for our future visits. Well done to all the staff. You should be proud of yourselves for making our stay and I am sure many others, an amazing experience.

There is nothing negative that can be said about this hotel. We have stayed about 3 or 4 times now in the past year and have found it very pleasurable, warming, friendly. It is an ideal location in the centre of Bath. They don't have many parking spaces available but, there is a car parking facility within minutes from the hotel; reasonably priced for 24hrs of stay which we were more than happy to use.

The room was great, the location was amazing.

The only niggle - and it was minor - was that the wifi coverage in the flat was a bit flaky. It only really worked well in the bathroom, for some reason. We told them caretaker, and they said they'd fix it.
