Fine until the system messed up my check out time

Location is wonderful and room size very comfortable

I requested a late check out for noon when I checked in and they said they wouldnt be a problem. The next morning I got multiple phone calls saying I was late to check out and it was 11:15am. I told them I had arranged a late checkout and they said they didnt have it in their system and I had to leave in the next 15-20 min. Then as I was packing a maintenance person tried to enter the room even though I had a do not disturb sign up. I had also received a receipt at 3am via email confirming my 12 oclock check out which they said they didnt have in their system. It was very frustrating and unsettling to have someone try to enter my room when I had been told I had permission to stay. Caution if you request a late check out be prepared it might not get honored. The maintenance person was not at fault but I was very disappointed in the attitude of the manager who said she didnt understand how I got the confirmation when they didnt have it in their systems. She did apologize but it left a sour taste after what would have been a very nice time away. I will reconsider staying here in the future.

The room was very spacious. Almost to the extent that the kitchen area was far too large and the bathroom could have stolen some of that space. The view wasn't bad. Very quiet temperature control. Location was amazing - right in the heart of downtown.

I would say the shower was kind of tight and the shower head was up quite high and the water pressure was not very strong. We needed to use the pullout bed in the couch and it was bordering nasty. Breakfast was adequate. Price was kind of high considering I needed to pay another $40 each night to park.

Everything was great!! The front desk staff was amazing and so friendly!! The breakfast was great. It was so close to everything. The room was very clean and spacious. The stay was great.

Very good

The pool and gym were nice features and the complimentary breakfast was robust. Friendly staff and good space in the room itself.

We were a family of 4 (and paid for 2 adults/2 children) but when we came into the room the pull out sofa wasn't set up as a bed and we had to request pillows (there was also only a small fleece blanket, no comforter for the pull out bed). Would have appreciated that being set up especially since we checked in on the later side and it was close to our kids' bedtime.
