Front desk was very helpful and kind. I loved that they had a specific dog area with doggie bags available. Good breakfast. Omelets were delicious.

Not great, not even good.

Good location.

Not clean. Multiple things broken. Tub didnt drain. No mattress covers. Breakfast was not great. Management did address which I appreciate but taking better care of facilities and providing clean upkept hotels is the only answer. Hilton is having so many problems at multiple locations with care, cleanliness, repairs and upkeep, clearly a systemic problem. They need a top down evaluation of all their hotels, very concerning.

Nice 1, just would go out to breakfast instead of eating there

Comfortable, quiet location off major highway but felt like you were in the countryside.

Breakfast staff unattended. She was having personal conversation with someone in dining area while all breakfast items got emptied and not replenished. Cold coffee first thing in AM yuk

Superb

Nice hotel in a good location for visiting UNH and downtown Portsmouth.

Beds were super comfy, front desk employee was very friendly and helpful; nice big room, well equipped. Nice to have a full size fridge, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher. Enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good -- nice to have more than just "continental" options.

Oven was dirty and pans were greasy-- definitely needed a cleaning! Also, no blanket for the couch bed. Pricey for a Saturday night stay.

We did not end up staying here as the room smelled of smoke and they couldnt not help us with another room I am trying to get a refund through booking.com but they are impossible to contact

Please advise this property was very poorly managed and the lady at the front desk was very kind but we had to make emergency arrangements last minute
