Superb

Great location, Clean, Friendly Front desk staff(this was the only person I had contact with),quiet.

When I made the reservation I asked to stay on the upper floor and it was the top floor. 5. We had a very quiet stay, didn't hear a peep. The room was very clean.

We all love to visit Portsmouth.

Excellent staff and location

The bar is not welcoming and we all had to walk around to valet parking area to reenter the hotel.

The outlets are worn out (loose). The showerhead spray was too narrow, and the spray adjustments did not work.

Large room. Clean. Good location with convenient nearby parking.

The heat was blasting and couldnt be turned down nor the windows opened. We couldnt sleep because it was so hot.

Disappointing

Staying you don't want to swim

The location is great. Right in the middle of a very walkable area, but quiet. Room was clean.

The pool/spa is in full view of the street and sidewalk going by. So you have a great location, but are in a fishbowl to swim. The bed was also hard as a rock.

Manager was unhelpful.

Tried to modify reservation on a weekend. Front desk staff were unable to help and said that they needed to talk to manager who wasnt there. The supposedly sent a text to the manager, but we did not get any response. As a result we were charged a stay for two rinks that we did not use. They were unwilling to allow us a credit to book on a different day.

Nice staff. Clean room. Convenient to downtown.

Didn't buy the breakfast.

Have tea available in lobby in the am. Coffee was available. I expected a high end property to do better, as the last Hilton we stayed with did, with coffee and tea avalable 24/7.

Very nice- I would definitely book again

Location, cleanliness, staff and it was very pretty

I paid for a room for 3. There was a king bed and a pull out sofa. No bedding for the pull out sofa. When we called for a blanket they said they didn't have any. They brought some sheets but I was freezing. Then there was no coffee in the morning when they told us there would be fresh coffee. It was gone by 8:30 am.

Not much went well

No room service.. suite not very clean.. stains on carpet, couch, comforter, and pillows under pillowcase. Toilet rim and rim under the sink basin. Mold in corners of the shower.. only stayed because we paid in full non refundable..left a day early and forfeited the money. Staff was great but they were short staffed
