Average property with very bad customer service.

The reservation team kept calling me while I was driving from Delhi to Chandigarh to ask me for half payment or they would cancel the booking. This is beyond ridiculous to say the least . If you are so money driven please ask for advance payments via credit cards . When I booked the hotel , the confirmation email said payments would be handled by staff at the hotel . I travel throughout the world and this is the first time someone from hotel called to ask for money when I was in transit . Do yourself a favour never book this hotel if you have any self respect

Very courteous staff. Good service.

Limited Water bottles should be free in the room. Water bottle charged @ Rs. 105/- each ??? Exorbitant price !!!!! Maximum price should be Rs 30/-. Water leakage in the toilet spray. Sufficient illumination needed over the wash basin for a morning shave.

All in all, it was a good stay.

Staff was very helpful. Food was good.

Water bottle too expensive @ Rs.110 /= for the Guest ??? Restaurant serving time too long. Tea and coffee ordered in the restaurant @ 125/= --very expensive. Shower fittings loose and not maintained. Water leakage near the commode. Lighting not sufficient at the wash basin for shaving.
