We had a road trip from LA toST. George UT .wife ,husband ,teenage daughter,9month cat ,9 yrs old dog.every one had amzing experiences at red mountain resort.including food ingredients,services,outdoor nature,price,onsite free bike,feel much like at home but better!

AVOID. Dirty room, double charges and theft.

The location is amazing however there are other resort options we will try in the future instead due to being double charged and experiencing theft.

DIRTY, DISORGANIZED, and TERRIBLE customer service. We booked what was advertised as a villa suite, prepaid in full. On arrival we were given the wrong room. We were told they would be unlocking the additional suite portion to the room so we unpacked the car, two dogs, the kids, only to get a phone call at 1:30 in the morning to say we would have to move. They then moved us to two, inferior rooms, one of which was FILTHY DIRTY. We were in a different building from our two children, and on a second floor unit that our elderly dog could not access so we had to carry her up and down stairs several times. The next morning, the day staff apologized and moved us back to a villa (so we moved again). At the front desk, they had indicated they would be taking a $1.00 hold in order to check us in. I checked my credit card, and they had put an additional hold on the card for a full additional booking ($700). I was assured both on check in and check out, that no additional costs would be applicable. On Christmas eve, I noticed the hold was still on my card. I emailed the front desk and management about this, plus the horrible experience we had. Not only did they neglect to reply, they processed a double payment on my card without authorization. In addition, we accidentally left a brand new computer charger in the room on departure. We emailed right after departing to confirm they had the charger as we could return to collect it. Four days later someone finally replied and said "housekeeping didn't see it". It 100% was left beside the table in the room which means someone on the staff now is in possession of our lost item. It cost us $159.00 to replace it. Again no reply from management about either issue. Sadly, we used to be regulars and we visited this resort twice a year for the last three years. However I would no longer stay there and I definitely do not recommend trusting this resort with your credit card or your possessions. THIEVES.

Great location and, although they are dog friendly, they facilities and dining dont really accommodate large dogs.

Great location and dog friendly!

No trash cans along walking paths for disposing of dog waste. Also, not reallly set up for patio dining w dog. Heaters and fireplace were turned off. Hostess offered to turn on fireplace, but we would have been only people out there.

Very nice, wish front desk was more flexible

Amazing property, truly loved it! Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. Very calming, soothing, wish I had stayed a week!

wish the fro t desk had allowed a late check out since we checked in at almost 11 pm. Was very tired and would have liked to sleep in a little more. We stayed on site and housekeeper did not clean the room u til after 2 pm. So not very nice of front office.

Would stay again.

Location was great, close to St. George. The resort has adjacent hiking trails from the property. Fire pits available for evening relaxation. Nice choice of health and wellness sessions with trained clinicians.

Poor signage for finding your way around the property. Narrow roads with cart paths. No handicap parking near the hotel rooms.

Superb

We Will Definitely Be Back!

This resort is located less than 1 mile away from Snow Canyon State Park which was perfect for a girls getaway to hike and relax. Since it was off-season, only 2 of the jacuzzis were open, but we enjoyed them both. We also enjoyed relaxing in the spa and getting incredible massages (thank you Cameron and Michael). Did not eat on the resort as we decided to try some local restaurants in St. George instead. Had such a great time we were not even home yet before talking about making this an annual tradition.

Our card keys stopped working every day, necessitating a trip to the office to get them reset.

A lovely getaway, just needs a thorough cleaning

Beautiful grounds, good location. We loved the outdoor hot tubs, surrounded by beautiful landscaping and were delighted to see little lizards scurrying around! All the restaurant staff were LOVELY. And the spa was great.

Our room was DIRTY, especially the bathroom. The person who checked us in was unpleasant, but not in a fun way. We ate at the restaurant only once, because it wasnt very good. We chose this property because there were vegan options on site, but the food was cold and sort of meh.
