The way they treated us denying accommodation first and we had to prove them that we are husband and wife inspite of showing our adhaar card that showed our relationship.

poor service, highly understaffed or lack of training to staff, AC leaking water, Taps in Bathroom leaking, NO BUTTER in hotel - this was height, systems not working, charged extra for service not taken etc etc
