Superb

a good night's stay for the price.

room was clean. good access to the interstate. quite, could not hear people in other rooms. the breakfast was pretty good except for the coffee.

the coffee at breakfast tasted like brown water. the coffee dispenser was very low quality. so i drank the orange juice instead which was good.

Location was clean and well lit

The Jacuzzi, bathroom fan,and blow drier didn't work. There is no battery cover on the TV remote. The hot water was very weak. When turned on to full hot, it was luke warm. Breakfast was poorly stocked in the morning. Bacon was rawl on day one. Day two everything everything in the warmer was ice cold. When I mentioned it to the staff, they realized it wasn't on and turned it on. The problem was that nothing was kept to temperatures so it would not be safe to serve. When I mentioned all of the problems with the room, they said we would note it but never wrote anything down.

Roaches

Close to I 44

Roaches everywhere! Had to bring 140 cash for room deposit. Floor in room so dirty my kids feet where black after 10 min of being in room. Disgusting

Great for a night while driving across the country.

Very nice staff!! Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Very clean room. Mini fridge and microwave in the room. Very good recommendation for dinner from the staff :)

Shower was outdated and bathroom shape was very awkward. Breakfast was decent. The neighborhood felt a little sketchy. However for a night driving across the state it was great!

Clean inside .....nothing else is good

Extremely rude and loud guests , especially Mexicans sitting in parking lot ALL NIGHT LONG DRINKING BEEE AND PLAYING MUSIC ....OUT IN THE Open PUBLIC FOR EVERYONE TO SEE ANS HEAR. Environment there in the parking lot was more like a low income Drinking Bar . Never recommend to anyone to actually wants peace and quiet when it's time to sleep. PS.....the hide away bed is so BENT you sleep at a 20 angle , ridiculous.

I like the peace and quiet. Breakfast was good just need to cook your bacon everybody that got bacon had to cook it in the microwave. Washing machine and dryer works

The front desk foreigner lying on me this morning that I don't appreciate. You gave us the last time a broken down sofa bed that hadn't been pulled out and clean so we had to call for someone to come clean it up, then here we are again in another room with broken down sofa bed. He charged me $20.00 for a face towel that my daughter did mess up but $20.00 for a$2.00 face towel. I guess the extra will fix up those sofa beds. Short of help also. Where I usually go and stay weeks at a time was full so I had to come there to Quality Suite.
