Excellent room. Very spacious and amazing water view. Great location just a 5 min walk from the Cairns Esplanade and night markets. Loved our stay.

The air con in the room was that hot we both sweated until i called at 1;30 am to see why it couldn't be adjusted in room ass i was told it was humid outside. We opened the balcony after the call and it was cooler outside then inside our room> Very disappointed.

Everything was nice there was no bottled water which my partner likes and when we left she paid 12$ for parking that should be free and when we drove out all the gates where open so no need to pay

Superb

Unusual due to the lockdown but we were safe, comfortable and well fed, all the food was excellent.

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom (spa bath) and shower were excellent. The pool area could do with a better bar facility as no one was answering the telephone that was provided to call from. We arrived as Cyclone Jasper was approaching. The lockdown was well managed and we were provided for extremely well for the entire time we could not leave the hotel. We will definitely revisit one day in better weather.

The gym area had a rather damp and musty smell. The TV was very complicated to use and all movies you had to pay for....during lockdown this was very frustrating.
