Bathroom was tight, carpet near the aircon unit was wet during the duration of our stay, water in the pool was not heated and the pool was not well kept

Basically nothing about these two nights we're enjoyable. It was my wedding anniversary and they made a joke of my entire 2 night trip there

The morning, afternoon and night Manager with the exception of Julian, through my 2 nights of stay were so rude and unfriendly and they should really not be working in hospitality sector, especially as managers. The east Indian female manager of late hours shift is seriously very slow, uninformed, and completely lies through her teeth. The asian male manager basically called me a liar even though it was him and his staff that made a mistake, and then when I asked him to email me exactly what he said for transparency reasons, he started to retract his words in front of another employee. I was so frustrated that I left and he threw my food away from the front reception. The hotel staff is seriously slow. I paid over $400 per night and informed them this was my wedding anniversary and even then they did not have the audacity to help effectively and efficiently. I also told them we are tourists visiting the country for the first time; even then they did not have the decency to show a good side of NZ hospitality. It's unbelievable. From dirty towels upon our entry, to unwashed and unclean room, to late response, to broken tiles, to bad bad bad breakfast that we paid for, this hotel should not be a status of hotel..this is worse than a forbidden forsaken motel found in the the most eerie locations of war torn zones. It's that bad.

Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Downstairs bar was very good and the buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious.

The room was quite average and outdated for the price. The bathroom is not included in that statement.

It was clean & spacious!

The bathroom was a little outdated compared to the hotel as a whole. Also the room service food was below average, very disappointing.

Major disappointment for 5-stars

Great breakfast selection. Very good bed, and a great location.

Hotel does not deserve 5 stars, but is more like a 3 star hotel. It simply does not have the required service level for 5 stars. Issues: - Bathroom countertop was not cleaned, and contained soap bottle bottom soap leftover prints. - There was a dirty spoon in our fridge. - And the biggest disappointment was the 50 NZD valet parking. We had to wait 30 minutes for the car, abd reminded the head of the valet parking 3 times. Somehow he was not able to organize a first in first out queue system. I am expecting my money back!! - Breakfast room is too noisy. It feels more like a canteen then 5-star relaxed breakfast. The food and selection was great though. I am not very critical, but this was very far below my expectations. Now I am curious how their after sales service is.

lovely break in good hotel with great staff and facilities

apartment was great, staff at the hotel were lovely and very polite. the gym was really well equipped

The Pullman is set on top of a pretty steep hill and although its a nice stroll down to the CBD its a bit of a hike to get back. Ubers are good in Auckland but elderly people could definitely find the hills hard going. The pool although absolutely lovely got very busy and noisy with families with children. its a great area but not always peaceful or relaxing.

The stay was fine and the people were really friendly - the lack of wifi in the room is unacceptable.

Nicely appointed hotel with great beds and beautiful linens.

The breakfast is of high quality but the organisation of the buffet and tables is frantic. It created a very stressful start to the day. Wifi did not work in room 500 and there was t any explanation given
