Cleanlyness

Gym was not operational, no entertainment for kids, no play area, cramped open space, breakfast spread was bad.If you had been to Picaddle Lonavala this resort can only disappoint you. Worst thing I noted was the inadequate and stressed staff. It appears they work for more than 12 hours a day. How can one carry a smile?

Stay was good bit costlier as compare to size of room.

Breakfast for hotel was good and location is also good though it is far from Central place of mahabaleshwar. Hotel room is not worth with the rate of of hotel as standard room they have cost 4500/- where as its not even worth for 3000/- and i have to upgrade it at hotel. Also Booking.com is cheating us as i have found same rooms on different website with less cost and also at hotel i enquired the cost is lesser where as it is higher at booking .com.

Because its costlier as per room size. No proper parking available. With same cost next day i got 4 star resort contain all amenities whereas this property is small in size and standard rooms are not suitable even for 2 people. you can go directly at hotel and if it is available you will get hotel even 30% less cost of booking.com.

Staff behaviour and brekfast was good

Cleanliness was not there in hotel washrooms..rooms had some smell and also hell lot of mosquitos marking the overall stay uncomfortable

Disappointing

Nothing much. We just got a place to stay.

Food was not good.. may be they use frozen stuff and just heat it before service. Seats in restaurant was biggest turn down. Bathtub was noisy and it was annoying. Not at all value for money.
