A lovely Villa, in a quiet location, yet close to everything we needed.

The room was spacious with a large ensuite and doors out onto an outdoor garden.

People looking after the hotel were extremely helpful, although you never really knew who was in charge. We were greeted via whatsapp video call which worked ok , just seemed a little odd.

We had an extraordinary stay. The host was super friendly and helped us with every matter. The rooms were clean and well equipped. There was a big choice for breakfast and it was delicious. I forgot something in the hotel and the owner even shipped it to me to a different hotel far away!!!

Had a great time

The friendly staff were the highlight, which created a nice atmosphere which rubs off onto the guests.

Maybe a few more pool towels needed to be available, but thats all I can think of!

Warmth and charm

The staff were amazing! Very caring. They really spoiled us. The pool was a real boon in the heat of the day. The location was close to the old town but far enough away to avoid the frenetic energy. We loved our stay. We also got a great deal on motorcycle hire to travel the Hai Van pass.

Things were very relaxed but that's part of the charm.

Helpful friendly staff. Lovely clean pool, great location walkable to old town, quiet and very clean. Gorgeous marbled bathroom!

The only thing that I could suggest would be more breakfast variety, but really it wasnt a problem

Perfect stay in Hoi An

This was a truly wonderful stay. The breakfast was delicious, the bed was incredibly comfortable and everyone was so welcoming. The shower was probably the best weve had in our 2 months in Asia! We were a 10 minute walk from the river/walking street and a 10 minute, $2 grab from the beach. We felt so relaxed and wished we could have stayed longer.

Clean, spacious and comfortable on nice calm location

Very clean, nicely located away from the noisy tourism mania, but close to all the good stuff. Clean rooms. Nice swimming pools.

Breakfast is very simple. Does the job for an early start though. A little bit too much of a tour operator vibe at the desk; overpriced and general tour trips rather then custom and or personal advice. They're keen on making some extra bucks on everything.
