Great, would book again but in a bigger room!

The property is situated in a great location near Times Square/Park Avenue and 5th. Easily walkable to Central Park and the main shopping areas.

The one and major downside of the property is how TINY the rooms are. Those rooms are not adequate to accomodate a couple, only singles as there is no room for multiple luggages! When booking, definitely check youve purchased one of their larger rooms to make your stay comfortable. Aside from this, the hotel and staff were fantastic.

Superb

Wonderful little hotel. Very clean - I love that they don't have carpet. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The only complaint I have is that the bathroom smelled of mold/mildew. With that said, there was no visible mold that I could see, and the bathroom appeared spotless.

Great week in a very comfortable hotel in great location.

Location was perfect, a close to lots of points of interest. Perfect base for a weeks stay. Stay were great. Shower was brilliant. Room on floor 24 was quiet, away from traffic noise.

Room was slightly smaller than I had expected but was fine for sleeping, showering and getting dressed.

Pestana Park Avenue is highly recommended as a perfect location for exploring NYC

Breakfast pastry and bagels were very welcome as well as coffee. Location was ideal for midtown and Grand Central Station. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a balcony room as we were on our honeymoon and there was a bottle of wine in the room. Thank you. Our room on the 22nd floor had a most spectacular view of The Empire State Building. Plenty of toiletries provided, coffee machine plus pods and creamer and bottled water in our room.

Our room didn't have a wardrobe which is ok and we understand space is tight, so, there were four knobs on the wall. Unfortunately nothing stayed on them easily, they need to have more of a hook to be more effective to stop garments and/or hangers sliding off them. Not sure the towels need changing every day. The bathroom fan and the room heater were both very loud.

This hotel worked well for us. We will return.

Great location, small but v comfortable rooms, boutique atmosphere. We liked the free pass to excellent gym nearby, and the easy, relaxed access to coffee and bagels in a downstairs area in the morning.

Fantastic location and a really nice hotel

Staff were amazing! Lovely selection of snacks for breakfast. Amazing location for the price. Shower was incredible, really great bathroom in general. No complaints at all.
