Lovely stay at Parkroyal - Beach Rd

This is our hotel of choice in Singapore. The rooms are lovely and large. We like the pool area. The restaurant has been nicely renovated. Very easy check in process. The hotel is just across the road from lots of restaurants. Its a short taxi ride to Orchard Road.

A comfortable and convenient hotel

A pleasant and comfortable hotel. Well situated in Singapore and east to get to and from the airport.

I think we hit breakfast at peak time so it was a little crowded, but the food was good.

Hotel locations is good. But room and hotel a bit older. Here is not service for kids. Ther is not way for stroller. So

A comfortable stay with a great restaurant.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Location was great and Ginger restaurant was excellent.

The air conditioner in our room didnt work very well. The pool was a little dilapidated and the club downstairs was blasting music until 2am on NYE which woke us up and our baby.

Excellent, beautiful, comfortable hotel in excellent location

Hotel beautifully and modernly decorated. Staff very friendly. Room excellent size, extremely comfortable bed, good size bathroom with daily toiletries supplied. Fantastic location near Haji street but also only a 15-20 minute walk to the marina area. Would definitely stay there again. Pool looked lovely but we did not get the chance to use it.

Generallly all the service staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, housekeeping staff kept everything neat, clean and tidy when we came back in the evening. Hotel located just across arab st, where there's plenty of good food and gifts to get.

There was only one front desk staff when we reached to check in the evening. So it took a while before we got to her. We would recommend a ramp to facilitate wheelchair or strollers. For breakfast, We would recommend dispensers for the milk and juices. This would be more convenient for everyone. The glass jugs are heavy and can be very slippery to hold.

Parkroyal Beach Road

The staff in the Club Lounge were terrific. The day spa gave excellent treatments.

This hotel is not good value for money. Having stayed on the executive floor at the Swissotel previously, I regret not booking it again because the Parkroyal Club room was so much smaller, and the bathroom was tiny with a bad shower design. Also, when we first checked in, we were given a room with a view of a highway for an 8 night stay and had to ask to move rooms, which was a pain. There is no minibar offered in the room. Ginger restaurant for Christmas dinner was incredibly overpriced. They made us pay in full in advance and then emailed to say they'd cancelled the booking. There was a lot of back and forth hassle with Ginger restaurant to secure the booking. I wouldn't stay here again. It's just not up to standard for the price.

Amazing and beyond our expectations

We were permitted early check-in (for an additional Fee) which was very much appreciated after a 13 hour flight. The staff were amazing and everything about the hotel was pleasing to us. Thankyou for lovely service.
