Home away home

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Park Plaza Hotel, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The reception hosts were truly amazing, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere upon our arrival. The staff as a whole were great, always ready to assist and ensure that our needs were met. The managers were incredibly supportive and made sure that everything ran smoothly throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the cleanliness of the rooms, which was a testament to the hard work of the housekeeping staff. It was evident that they took great pride in their work, and it certainly did not go unnoticed. I also have to commend the bell boys, who were not only efficient but also good-hearted, adding a personal touch to our experience. I would like to extend my sincerest thanks to the entire staff and the general manager for hosting us and providing such a wonderful stay. The level of hospitality truly gave us a "home away from home" feeling, and I cannot wait to return for another visit.

They organize parties on the roof and play very loud music until late at night, around 2 am. It seems they care almost zero for the other guests staying in the hotel, making it impossible to get any sleep at all.

Good for a short trip with various activities planned

Breakfast was good with decent options. Location is the USP of this property -- bang next to Huda city center metro station and centrally located to a lot of business, shopping and residential societies to manage activities easily.

The rooms have lost a bit of sheen with floor-boards creaking, etc. The staff compensates with great service, but the property in itself seems to be getting overdue for refurbishment.

No rooms with two beds, despite the fact it say on booking.com they have such rooms. They bring really poor bed for second person. No towels on the second day.
