It fell far short of our other Paradisus experiences

It has a lot for children with the splash park & kids pool

Massive size made getting around difficult, toilet clogged constantly, no coffee in room, restaurant reservation process outdated & filled with errors, buffet food subpar.

Would not return. Definitely no value for the money

Food is absolutely terrible. Even the basics like juice , bread , butter was simply inedible. Seemed like they use the Cheapest ingredients possible. A huge disappointment of the trip. Staff very disorganized.

Nice layout. Lots of restaurants. Raul the concierge was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Swim up Suite was amazing. The swim up bar was awesome. The Teppanyaki restaurant was very fun and food was great. Excellent food and service in Capella.

The property needs to be maintained a little better. Repair work done on walls. 24 hour coffee bar was not open at 6:30 am so we couldnt get coffee before an excursion. Room service food was not very good. The steakhouse was closed.

most of the staff were great, attentive and friendly. the facilities were great, we loved the pools and the beach. they

the property was beautifully designed and decorated. the family vs adults only lay out is genius.

the rooms could have been better designed. the toilet door is a glass door with no lock, and there is huge glass window between the bedroom and the bathroom. as a result, there is ZERO privacy for using the bathroom.

Wonderful stay as usual!

This is our third time staying in Paradisus and although this was the shortest stay (one night) it was amazing as always! Food was great, the Nespresso hut is a great addition, the Kids waterpark is a hit as usual, and the staff is wonderful. Shout out to Pablo who was very attentive and kind, the buffet staff was more than accommodating and the girls at the Kids Club are now my daughter's favorite group of people!

From our last stay we did notice the rooms are in desperate need of some love. Paint was peeling in some of the walls, etc. Nothing major but worth checking out. Also, despite having the Melia app, we were never able to order room service which was a bit frustrating. Nothing crazy but worth noting!
