Friendly and helpful staff. Surprisingly awesome brick oven pizza. Waterfront buffet restaurant with amazing views. Swimming pools with enough space for everyone.
Resort has enough sand for beach chairs and umbrellas, but only one about 30 feet wide safe beach to enter and enjoy the ocean.

Great for families.
Beautiful property, we stayed in a beachfront unit and enjoyed walking right out onto the beach. Both the Asian and steakhouse restaurants were great! Our concierge was Mychel, he was very attentive and helpful in booking spa appointments and excursions. The pools were clean and perfect temperature, our kids really enjoyed the game room.
The breakfast buffet was not great, and the dinner buffet quality was also lacking, definitely go with the other dining options. The bedding could have been a little nicer.

The Asian restaurant was really good
Everything. Its the worst hotel weve ever been. Literally The buffet is so bad, I dont even know how to describe it The hotel is so old. The room, the territory are old and feels like 20 years old

This hotel is PERFECT for a family vacation.
The food is great, workers are nice, facilities are clean, very safe. This place is phenomenal for a family vacation. Dont think twice. Recommend going to Kozumel for a day trip to go snorkeling. You can take the ferry from town. You wont regret it. Best ocean Ive ever seen. Also, you MUST go to Xcaret. Its worth the money.

A fabulous week with family. Activities were great.
We were disappointed that the palapa was closed for buffet. It was unavoidable, and they tried, but the buffets were not as good as usual

Family friendly , safe and secure Facilities were good and really clean . Some exceptional staff who went out of their way
No mention that this is a time share complex If you book for more than 7 days (sat to sat ) you have to change rooms Some staff not so good
