A beautiful hotel with smiling staff

A beautifully located hotel with very friendly staff. I've been to several hotels in Thailand, and this hotel is the best of all. The staff was very helpful and smiling, their English was at a very good level as it should be. Besides, I appreciated the creativity of the hotel as they had their own way for indicating if it was necessary to clean the room. The hotel is located in a very scenic place next to the sea, so I could enjoy strolls anytime. The villa was very comfortable with a lot of space inside, it had all necessary things and a small personal area outside with a hammock which was my paradise. If you appreciate being close to nature and you want to enjoy breathtaking sunsets, this hotel is the right place for you.

For a real calm stay, you wont be disappointed

Palm Coco Mantra is a small boutique hotel with heaps of character. The rooms are larger than expected and really comfortable. The freshly cook food was very tasty. The staff could not do enough to make your stay relaxing. A great choice if you want to get away from it all.

Nothing to not like, if you dont want to do a lot except an excursion or two.

Close enough for fun and removed enough, to relax

A warm welcome and a great location, just over the hill from Lamai central/beach. My seaview room was spacious, very comfortable with gorgeous views. The protected bay is perfect to swim in with a fresh water shower after. Low tide walks along the beach, safe swimming and comfortable loungers. Perfect pool location. Incredibly helpful staff and owners. Scooters available if you need but I chose to taxi or walk back from Lamai Beach area. Safe, comfortable and a superb experience

highly recommended hotel

The ocean splashes onto the steps of the restaurant. They make the best garlic shrimps on request. They have the friendliest staff of all our hotels in Thailand (we stayed in 7 hotels). The bathrooms are newly tiled and modern. They have a nice spa and reception orders taxis and trips on your demand. The aircons functioned well. The rooms were extremely tidy and clean. Private beach is quiet and the ocean water is very warm, bordering on hot springs.

the steps to the beach need a railing. With all the rain they become dangerously slippery. Need smart TVs in the rooms. They dont have a lift.
