Guests praised the exceptional location and balconies at NRS Royal Palace in Puri. Just the location

Nothing other than the location. It was extremely unhygienic. The hand shower extension was broken, the bathroom water didnt get drained. For the cost we paid it was just extremely worst experience

Location is good, restaurant serve tasty food

We booked online on booking.com. Rooms , furniture are worn out. 7000/day without breakfast is very expensive.Lcd tv are very small size

Good

all the disappointments were overshadowed by the location of property

Food was good location of property was excellent, staff was good, just have to argue a little hard for double bed room and closes to each other which was denied at first but given after arguments

Rooms and amenities are way too old and not maintained properly as per the price, property is maintained its just rooms which need renovation and better cleaning

Overall a nice decent stay which comes at a premium price point. More better options available

The rooms are pretty good and spacious. Its just opposite to the beach so you could just walk down there and relax. They have pretty decent sea facing rooms which you will like. Staff behavior was very good.

Although the food was very good, its exceptionally high considering the power of parity index of that place. In half the price you will get much better food outside at the well knows cafe's and restaurants.

Worst experience ever. Will never recommend anyone to stay there.

There is nothing to like about in the property. No value for money. No proper cleanliness, floor had water all over due to humidity and no due actions taken by the staff

The staff was not at all supportive and were very rude.

Location is fabulous, staffs are very cordial.

Do not provide AC remote in the room. Have to get out of bed in the middle of the night to operate AC which is utterly awful and disturbing. Property is good but not well maintained
