Great Hotel and Staff

Really comfy room and pleasant staff.

Maybe just the steps outside. There were no railings or hold bars incase you slip and fall it was rainy day. Everything else .

We were very stressed due to flight cancellations and it was a welcome refuge. Room ok but no access to drinks except buying something from bar. Quirky decor

No water or hot drinks in the room. No shuttle bus. We had to queue for she's to get a taxi.

Very poor

3 hour queue to check in

Close to the airport, a short bus ride on the 24 hour bus service which you can pay with card or phone. Good quality clean and quiet rooms, good shower, working wifi.

I had to queue for 3 hours to check in, and as a result I got less than two hours sleep before having to return to the airport.

Chaotic !

Property was fine but it took over three hours waiting in line (yes!)!to check in with chaotic scenes in reception after flight cancellations resulted in a rush of last minute bookings. The guy on reception did his best but had no support from management to bring in any relief and the computer was on a go slow. Some guests had to wait 4 hours to get their key. Ridiculous situation considering all the modern tech available to speed up the check in process

The room was beautiful and the bed was super cozy.

Schipol Airport cancelled a ton of flights and your night-time attendant was left alone to handle 100+ angry and tired guests. We formed lines. I was somewhere in the middle group when I left the airport at 23:15 and did not get into my room until 02:15. You absolutely should have some sort of on-call situation for your managers for such instances. That being said, the man working kept his cool, and checked in guests one after the other without breaks for what had to have been close to 4 hours. He deserves your apologies and a huge shout out, and hopefully an extra day off.

Beware of late night check-INS

Close to bus back to Airport to leave

Road to entrance under construction No staff. Single person overnight Waited 3.5 hours for check. No additional staff was called or requested. The booking was non-refundable so I had no choice to cancel and look for alternatives. No breakfast was offered. The room was freezing. The floors were ice cold even after 4 hours of the heat being continuous on. Bed was weak and not supportive. The room ordered was not available.
