The guys on the reception gave us wifi to book another hotel.
WARNING: if you are interested in a nice non-AC room which is shown on the pictures (big size, big windows, nice design) - THEY DO NOT HAVE SUCH ROOM. The non-AC rooms are small, dark, not airy, without mosquito nets. We had to book another hotel at 9 p.m. on arrival (we were lucky with Hotel Jebasakthy in 500 m, they had cancelations this night because of the storm).

Bad experience dirty bedsheets no pillow covers no facilty
It is close to railway station
It was pathetic. The bedsheets were all stained and dirty. Pillows were without pillow covers and no blanket in the room when asked the staff said non ac rooms have no blanket facility. In short the hotel was just worth 600-700 bucks not deserving more than that.

I had booked a proper room but receptionist/owner had cancelled the booking. So he gave me a shabby room with no basic amenities. Charging point was not working. There was no commode, Indian style washroom was given. Room was unclean. They didn't provide with any towels or bedsheets/rugs

Location. On main road opposite to kanyakumari railway station The staffs especially mr nizaar was so helpful. He is there always to lend a helping hand. They serve food which too is good. We can also see sunrise from the balcony. Overall its value for money

It's passable.
Property is located just opposite of Railway station which is positive point. Staff is helping but property is not as look in images. Bathrooms are smaller than usual and basic tools are missing.
No proper ventilation at property, one most important thing is that there must be a clear communication regarding customer needs and requirements from the vendor who books the rooms. While booking online I specifically requested for early check in but the same was not communicated to property and I had to wait for atleast 5 hours which spoiled my program. Rest is good.
